These Terms & Conditions govern the SMS messaging services provided by Burrow Base, LLC (“Burrow Base,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from Burrow Base, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

First-Party Messaging Only

Burrow Base, LLC uses SMS messaging exclusively to communicate directly with individuals who have requested information from or engaged with Burrow Base, LLC.

Burrow Base, LLC does not send SMS messages on behalf of third parties, affiliates, partners, clients, or external businesses. We do not engage in third-party lead generation, list purchasing, list sharing, data resale, or multi-level marketing (MLM) activities.

All SMS communications are sent solely for Burrow Base, LLC business purposes.

Messaging Consent

User Obligations

You agree not to misuse the SMS messaging service. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, sending or facilitating messages that are unlawful, misleading, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise violate applicable laws or regulations.

Compliance with Laws

Burrow Base, LLC complies with all applicable laws and regulations governing SMS communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and applicable carrier requirements for A2P messaging.

Changes to These Terms

Burrow Base, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated directly where appropriate. Continued use of our SMS services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
